Tired but wired?

I work with high-functioning women who have experienced the cost of stress, and refuse to go back there. Capable and reliable, they often carry relentless internal pressure that eventually takes its toll. I help them release that pressure and build sustainable success, so they can perform strongly, protect their wellbeing, and stay well long-term.

Many of the women I work with are capable, responsible, and deeply conscientious. They’re used to holding things together at work, at home, and emotionally.
But underneath, they feel overloaded.
Their mind is busy with all the things they still have to do. They put so much pressure on themselves to make the "right" decision that they end up making no decision at all. They just want to be able to switch off and be present with their loved ones, but they just can't seem to.
My work helps women take the pressure off at the root.
By steadying their internal world first, decisions become clearer, energy returns, and life starts to feel more manageable again, without lowering standards or pushing themselves to burnout.
You might look like you’re managing fine on the outside. But inside, it feels harder than it should.
Your mind is busy. Rest doesn’t feel restful. Decisions feel heavy, even small ones. And no matter how much you do, it never quite feels like enough.
This isn’t because you’re failing, lazy, or doing something wrong. It’s often the result of living with constant internal pressure for too long, without enough space to recover.
When the pressure eases and you feel steadier, things begin to shift. Thinking becomes clearer. Energy returns. And life starts to feel more manageable again. And when life feels more manageable; performing strongly AND enjoying good wellbeing is more achievable.
Many of the women I work with have already tried to cope privately for a long time. They’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, and told themselves to just get on with it.

I’m Charlotte, and high-functioning women who have experienced the cost of stress, and refuse to go back there.
Before becoming a coach, I worked in practice as a vet. Balancing busy caseloads with trying to be the best vet, employee and person I could be. In hindsight, I put myself under unreasonable amounts of pressure in those early years.
Along the way, I’ve experienced burnout, anxiety, and the cost of running on pressure for too long. Through both lived experience and professional training in coaching, stress management, and wellbeing, I’ve learned that lasting change doesn’t come from trying harder. It comes from taking the pressure off and creating safety in your internal world first.
My work is calm, practical, and deeply human. I don’t believe in fixing people or pushing through. I believe in supporting women to steady themselves, find their boundaries, trust their decisions, and create a life that feels more manageable and genuinely enjoyable again. A life where they can build sustainable success over the long term, without burning out.
